Vedic ancient mantras. Mantras of the planets

Powerful Shrim Hrim mantra is very popular all over the world. What is the reason for this popularity?

For everyone who used the practice at least once, it brought the desired result. Numerous positive reviews prove the advantage of the mantra over other techniques.

In tantric traditions, Shrim Hrim is especially common. There are many books devoted to the study of this doctrine.

But before you want to test the mantric effect for yourself, prepare your mind and your body. This is necessary in order to avoid possible negative consequences.

Bija mantras Shrim

What is a bija mantra? Not everyone knows this concept. In fact, there is nothing complicated about it. This is a sound technique that collects energy of a certain type and directs it in the right direction.

Usually each bija mantra praises some god. Their texts are not translated into other languages. It is believed that these sounds are of metaphysical origin. They correspond to the finest matters of our Universe.

Continuous repetition of the song protects the human mind, cleanses the soul of negativity, and frees the spirit.

Experts do not advise beginners to use bijuu - it is believed that their energy is so strong that the body of an unprepared person may simply not withstand the load. The consequences in this case can be unpredictable - ranging from a slight headache to long-term illnesses.

Therefore, before such classes, it is necessary to take a training course and learn how to meditate correctly.

Mantra HRIM- This is a solar prayer. It symbolizes the heart. Enlightenment descends on the practitioner, he is overwhelmed with creativity and inspiration. After classes, people have a desire to lead an active lifestyle.

Mantra SHREAM- a prayer associated with lunar energy. Responsible for wealth and prosperity. It helps a person achieve harmony with himself and overcome all obstacles on the path to his happiness.

Interesting

Maantra (Sanskrit मन्त्र, “an instrument for carrying out a mental act”, in another interpretation - “verse”, “spell”, “magic”) is a sacred text in Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism, usually requiring accurate reproduction of the sounds that make it up.

A mantra is a sacred verbal formula charged with a lot of energy and information. It can influence a person’s consciousness and help him in spiritual improvement. Each mantra has its own meaning, and the vibration of the sound when recited has a certain effect, depending on the meaning of the mantra.

The most powerful are mantras that contain the names of the Gods. The name of God is believed to have absolute purifying power. When we pronounce the name of God, we turn to God himself, create a connection with him, through which we receive grace.

Reading a mantra during meditation helps a person enter a special state of consciousness, in which the practitioner clears his mind of obsessive thoughts, images, experiences and anxieties, that is, the mantra helps to dive deeper into a meditative state.

But that is not all. Each mantra carries a deep sacred meaning, an appeal to the Gods with a request to attract health, love, prosperity, protection, peace and joy into your life. When repeated many times, the mantra reveals its power and, combining with the energy of intention, can change a person’s life for the better.

In addition, the sound vibration created when pronouncing a mantra also affects the human physical body. This manifests itself as a feeling of relaxation, stress relief, and the appearance of more energy and strength.

Pronounce all the sounds of the mantra clearly. Each individual sound, syllable and word of the mantra has a deep meaning, so it is very important to pronounce all the sounds of the mantra correctly and clearly.

Learn the mantra by heart. It is best to practice mantra meditation with your eyes closed; this will help you relax more deeply and immerse yourself in a meditative state than if you read the mantra from a piece of paper.

Choose a mantra according to your intention. When working with a mantra, it is important to clearly know what you want to achieve. Try to feel as if you have already achieved this. If you do not have a clear intention (prosperity, love, health, etc.), then use universal mantras or those that you like based on your inner feelings.

Read the mantra in accordance with your internal tempo and rhythm, measuredly and calmly. The mantra should flow like a song. Without any tension, discomfort or rejection.

  • You can repeat words any number of times, multiples of three; to count the quantity
  • spoken words, you need to use a rosary with beads; not recommended at the same time

Mantras of elemental unity

In order to connect with the elements, you should recite the elemental mantra 12 times, connecting it with the OM mantra.

  • OM-LAM is the mantra for the element of earth.
  • OM-VAM - for the element of water.
  • OM-PAM - for the element of air.
  • OM-RAM - for the element of fire.

Having united with the element, the magician speaks on its behalf (provided that he has achieved the “sounding” of the mantra).

HARE-OM-MANI-PADME-HUM is a mantra that invokes the power of Buddha.

OM-SHRI-GURU-NAMASTEE-OM - this mantra is a call of power from the Guru. It must be handled very carefully. Has gigantic strength. To work with it, you yourself need to have great energy potential and certain knowledge. This is the only way you can cope with the power you receive.

Some mantras have dual meanings. For example, the mantra that causes the destruction of all evil OM-SRI-KALI-NAMAH can be used to cleanse the body of toxins. It is necessary to chant the mantra backwards 33 times before a glass of water, after which the water is drunk. The body begins to cleanse itself very intensively, so only strong people with sufficient internal strength can use this mantra for these purposes. And even they may experience severe vomiting, intestinal upset, and fever.

An example of the use of magical mantras for treatment: a patient is scraped off several flakes of skin from the affected areas, they are burned on fire to the smallest ash, the ashes are placed in a teaspoon, water is added and said:

HARI-OM-MANI-PADME-HUM-BUDDHA-AMETAB-HA-BUDDHA-AMETAYUSA

It takes 33 minutes to chant the mantras. Then they bring this spoon with ashes to the forehead, close their eyes, imagining the patient in bright sunlight with clean skin (the idea should be very clear). When all this is done, the patient is given the contents of the spoon to drink. The procedure is repeated depending on the need for 3-5-7-9 days.

Mantras have amazing power. Reading them can attract material wealth into the life of any person, in addition to spiritual development. Also, with their help, you can recover from certain diseases, achieve the favor of the person you are interested in, and find happiness and harmony in your life. In a magical way, the mantra helps to fulfill your cherished dreams, gives strength in a difficult period of life and protects you from troubles.

According to tradition, mantra is called manana - constant reflection or mindfulness, which protects and saves a person from the cycle of rebirth. In the word "mantra", the syllable "man" comes from the first Sanskrit word "to think", and "tra" from "trai", which means "to protect".

A mantra is a word charged with power and divine light that comes to a person from deeper levels of consciousness. Therefore, the sounds that make up mantras have the ability to have a psychological effect on the human body and consciousness, cleanse it and fill it with energy.

Mantras are believed to be of divine origin in nature and are not works of literature, that is, they were not created by the intellect. The mantras known to us were heard by advanced yogis and rishis (sages) in the process of meditation. Yogis heard them as ordered sound frequencies emanating from a higher level of consciousness than the ordinary human. Therefore, a mantra is capable of transferring the consciousness of its repeater to the level of existence from which it came.

Each mantra has a patron deity. And since the word and the concept it denotes are one and the same (the word seems to contain the very essence of the phenomenon it denotes), then, thus, the mantra and its patronizing Devata (god or goddess) are one. The mantra itself is this Devata.

Pronouncing a mantra evokes in a person’s mind the image of a certain deity, which is the personification of one or another energy of the cosmos. So, the mantra serves as a kind of magnet, attracting certain vibrations from space.

Each mantra has six components.

  • Rishi. The prophet of this mantra. The one who first heard it in the process of meditation, through this mantra, gained self-awareness and passed this mantra on to others. For example, the Rishi of the Gayatri Mantra is Vishwamitra
  • Poetic size. Each mantra has its own poetic meter, for example, Gayatri.
  • Devata. The deity is the patron of this mantra. For example, the Devata Panchakshara ("five-letter") mantra is Lord Shiva.
  • Binja. Binja is translated as “seed, grain.” Binja gives the mantra special power. This is the essence of the mantra. For example, the binja of the Ganesha mantra is the syllable GAM.
  • Shakti. Each mantra has its own shakti. Shakti is the strength, power, creative energy of the deity.
  • Kilaku (peg, wedge). It locks the mantra-chaitanya (the conscious essence of the mantra) hidden in every mantra. When continued repetition of the mantra clears the blockage, the hidden chaitanya is released.

Mantras are revered and sacred not only in the teachings of Hinduism, but also in Buddhism. The most powerful mantra is that of Padmasambhava, or the “second Buddha,” the precious teacher, as he is called in Tibet. Tibetan mantras are generally a separate section on the study of mantras; but in order to join the divine knowledge of Padmasambhava, you do not need to re-read stacks of books; you can do this in the most direct way, performing japa of the secret mantra that the great Guru passed on to his disciples.

Mantra practice

We learned that a mantra is a combination of sounds that affects three levels of a human being - physical, energetic and mental. How to practice mantras correctly, what is the algorithm for working with sacred sounds?

The rules for working with formulas are as follows:

  • You can repeat words any number of times, multiples of three;
  • to count the number of spoken words you need to use a rosary with beads;
  • It is not recommended to practice several mantras at the same time - choose one or two to solve your problem;
  • to tune into a meditative state, use incense aromas - aroma sticks;
  • There should be no animals or other people in the practice room - extraneous sounds will be distracting;
  • before pronouncing the mantra, express your goal out loud - health, well-being or success;
  • practice mantras while sitting with a straight spine - ideally in a lotus or half-lotus position.

Over time, you will begin to practice reciting mantras anywhere, and nothing can distract you. However, first, follow the recommendations described above. You can also simply include mantras in recordings and listen at any time - this also has a beneficial effect. Some people like to fall asleep listening to mantras; this is especially useful for people suffering from insomnia due to nervousness.

Once you have mastered the basics of mantra practice, you will be able to choose the most suitable way of working with sacred sounds. You can pronounce the words any number of times, however, the most effective number for pronouncing remains the number 108. In Hinduism, it is considered sacred: one denotes the highest energy of the absolute, zero - perfection, eight - infinity.

According to many prophecies, a new era is coming on Earth - the Golden Age. How can we help her come? To do this, we need to understand that universal human eternal knowledge, which in one form or another is present in all world religions and cultures. This knowledge is presented in its most complete form in the Vedas.

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God” - This is how the Gospel of John begins. The Vedas also state that sound is the basis of material creation and sound can have a strong influence on our spiritual and material lives. Almost all religions use mantras (repeated prayers).
